Tributes continue for two young mates killed in a horror car crash in Perth's southern suburbs on Friday night.

Callum Mummery, 16, and Mason Hooton, 17, died when the silver Toyota Supra Sedan they were passengers in hit a tree on Secret Harbour Boulevard at about 7.30pm.

The 19-year-old driver was taken to Royal Perth Hospital and is in a serious but stable condition.

Another 16-year-old passenger received serious injuries and was also taken by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital.

Mr Hooton's father posted a brief, but touching online tribute to his son on Saturday with three simple words: "Love you mate."

Another friend posted on Facebook: "Rest easy boys you will be forever loved and missed."
