Australia's most famous white whale has been spotted splashing off the Queensland coast.
Migaloo the albino whale was seen off the Gold Coast Saturday morning.
The whale was captured splashing his tail in the water as he heads south for the end of his annual migration.
As usual, the white white continued to please crowds including tour operator Tasha Mulligan.
Despite holding whale watching tours for the last two decades, it was the first time Ms Mulligan saw Migaloo, reported ABC News.
'Migaloo was always just a magical unicorn to me and I'm so glad I finally got to see him,' she said.
A Gold Coast deckhand shared a video of Migaloo to Twitter, showing the whale coming close to the boat.
'We found Migaloo off the Gold Coast at 10.30am today! The boat engines are off and he came so close to us,' the deckhand wrote.
The white whale, who was first spotted in 1991, is so rare there are special laws to protect him.
