Police have found a one-year-old child who was feared to be missing in Perth on Wednesday.
Police had earlier issued an "urgent broadcast" to find the boy who was thought to be missing in the vicinity of Stanton Road in Redcliffe.
The urgent broadcast stated the child was not wearing any clothes and had dark skin and blonde hair.
But soon after the broadcast was issued police said they had found the child.
"The missing 1-year-old child has been located nearby with a family member who had attended the address," police said in a statement.
"The family member who was caring for the child was not aware that the child had been taken from the residence and thus alerted police when the child was found to be missing."
Emily Baker from Seven News Perth said the boy was asleep at his grandmother's house and had been collected by his mother, unbeknownst to the grandmother,
"The grandmother woke up to find he was not in fact at home anymore," Ms Baker said.
