Cate Campbell has completed a masterclass at the Pan Pacs meet in Tokyo, securing her fourth and fifth gold medals on the final night as she continued her dominance in the Tatsumi International Swimming Centre.
And the Australian women would sweep the relays, with Campbell finishing over the top of America's Olympic champion Simone Manuel to add the medley crown to the 100m and 200m freestyle events.

The Australian men would go perilously close to finish the night, with Kyle Chalmers rattling off a sensational freestyle leg of 46.91s to just miss out as American Nathan Adrian held off Japan's Katsumi Nakamura to take the gold.
Earlier, Campbell had taken out the 50m freestyle in a championship record 23.81s to make it a double after her victory in the 100m free earlier in the meet. Manuel was second once more, with Emma McKeon taking bronze.
Campbell routinely has the slowest reaction time off the blocks but it doesn't tend to matter in her form.
