John Ibrahim’s girlfriend Sarah Budge reports for bail for the first time since her release

MODEL and girlfriend of John Ibrahim, Sarah Budge, dashed into Waverley police station to report to police just after 6pm tonight to avoid the media.

The 27-year old attempted to hide her face with a cap and refused to answer questions from the media about the loaded Glock gun allegedly found in her possession, when she tonight arrived at the police station at 6.15pm.

The Double Bay woman was dropped off across the road from the station in a silver Audi A4 by a man believed to be her father before she hurried into the building when she saw photographers.

Following her arrest last week, Budge had to surrender her passport and post $50,000 surety before she was allowed to leave the police centre as a series of strict bail conditions were imposed.

She was charged with possessing a loaded Glock after her arrest during a series of raids across Sydney on Tuesday.

Daniel Ibrahim reported to police for the first time after allegedly assisting to transfer more than $2.25 million as part of an alleged drug and tobacco smuggling syndicate.

The 26-year-old, dressed all in black, drove himself in a white BMW to Waverley police station about 7.20pm following his release from Sydney police station on Friday night.

He returned to his car after signing in within seconds and left it as close to the sign in cut-off time of 8pm to avoid the media.

Ibrahim refused to answer questions as he briskly walked in and out of the station.

Ibrahim spent four days behind bars before managing to post his huge $630,000 bail and was picked up by his mother Melissa Taylor after being arrested near his father John Ibrahim’s Dover Heights home on Tuesday.

He was arrested as part of police raids across Sydney and Dubai in an attempt to smash a multimillion-dollar global crime syndicate importing illegal drugs, beloved to be run by his uncles Fadi and Michael.

Police allege Daniel Ibrahim handled a suitcase and took bag filled with cash, which was payment for 900,000 packets of illegal cigarettes.

He was granted bail in court on Wednesday charged with dealing with money charged with dealing with money intended to be an instrument of crime.

He must live with his mother at her Bondi Junction address and report to police daily.
